François Aubert – Dog trainer in Brussels
FRANÇOIS AUBERT
My training philosophy
There is no bad dog, and no bad owner. A strong bond is built over time through clear communication, a consistent and understandable framework, and a great deal of patience and empathy.
While I am happy to help with all aspects of education and everyday training, behavior issues are at the core of my work: fear, reactivity, aggression, hyper-attachment, resource guarding…
I use a balanced approach, prioritizing positive reinforcement whenever possible, while remaining pragmatic and free from rigid dogma. My work is grounded in real-world experience, supported by current behavioral science, and adapted to the reality of each household, with the dog's progress as the main priority.
My expertise comes from more than ten years of hands-on experience as a veterinary assistant and shelter animal caretaker, where I faced demanding situations that required patience, consistency, and dedication.
My role is simple: to help you see things more clearly, guide you in establishing a coherent framework, and help you move forward with greater confidence and calm.
No miracle promises, and no universal solutions. A global, consistent, and personalized approach makes it possible to better understand the dog's needs, adjust human expectations, and build a realistic and lasting balance.
